Spreading hope while bringing awareness to pulmonary hypertension

and to the importance of organ donation.

Chloe Temtchine, an award-winning singer, songwriter, and double-lung transplant recipient, is launching the

"What If Everything Goes Right" Tour—a powerful initiative aimed at uplifting both kids and adults who are facing severe health challenges.

Drawing from her own journey from a life-threatening illness to thriving post-transplant, Chloe shares a message of resilience and hope with

those who need it most. This tour continues the mission Chloe began in 2019 while struggling with severe Pulmonary Hypertension. Her health deteriorated

significantly, forcing her to pause the tour. Now, with a renewed sense of gratitude and a new set of lungs, Chloe is back and more determined than ever to bring smiles to those who need them most.

2024 TOUR MISSION:

The tour is focused on visiting hospitals across the U.S. to bring music, positivity, and hope to children and adults battling significant health challenges, while

simultaneously bringing awareness to Pulmonary Hypertension and to the importance of organ donation.

Structure:

In-Room Visits: Chloe will perform in the rooms of patients who are too ill to join larger gatherings.

Lobby Performances: Chloe will then speak and perform in hospital lobbies for patients, doctors, staff, and families spreading a message of hope and resilience.

Motivational Posters: Each visit includes a gift of a "What if everything goes right" poster, providing patients with a positive visual to focus on during their recovery.

WHY WE NEED FUNDING

To bring this tour to life and maximize its impact, we are seeking funding.

Our goals:

To visit 12 to 24 hospitals nationwide, along with individuals who are in their homes, on the transplant list.

To document the journey capturing and sharing the tour online, expanding our reach and impact.

To cover operational costs, ensuring that each performance is impactful, with funds allocated totravel, accommodations, production, and promotion.
